Measure impact

Data and Analytics, combined with Activity Reports make it possible to measure the impact of volunteer opportunities and the organisation as a whole. Think for example about the impact on the basis of SDGs!

  • Want to change course? Steer based on information on how you are currently performing.

  • Working with multiple child organisations or teams? Compare their performance and offer your help where needed.

 


 

Evaluate campaign performance

Data and analytics gives you the possibility to evaluate the performance of possible (social) media campaigns by checking how often an opportunity has been visited. This also opens up the possibility to measure conversion.

 


 

Measure Conversion

Ability to identify bottlenecks: Thanks to data and analytics, it is possible to identify bottlenecks in the volunteer management process. For instance, by looking at the page views you can see how well an opportunity / activity is performing.

Does your opportunity have a low number of applications based on the page views and compared to your other opportunities / activities? Perhaps you can improve the application look and feel or add additional information to remove any potential barriers.

Data and analytics makes it possible to identify trends in volunteer applications, member engagement, and other metrics. Making it possible to make informed decisions about how to grow and improve your organisation’s impact.

Stakeholder transparency

With data and analytics, it is possible to provide transparency to stakeholders about the impact of the organisation's volunteer efforts. Play around with analytics and create the graph / data you want to report about. You can report on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis on a variety of parameters.
