As an admin of your platform, you have the ability to customize key automated emails sent to your users (volunteers, organisations, students, etc.) — such as password reset messages or organization approval notifications.
These automated emails are a key point of contact with your users, where you can help guide them, provide helpful information, and direct them to valuable resources.

Tips:
- Keep it short, simpel and friendly!
- Add how the user can contact you in case of questions (e.g. by hitting "reply", or mailing to a specific mailadres). This lowers the threshold to ask questions!
