How do I send automated messages if volunteers apply for my vacancy/workshop/event?
When publishing an opportunity or workshop, there are several options. One is to add a standard welcoming message to the applicants, which the user receives in their email inbox and on the platform as soon as they apply. When you create an opportunity/workshop/event, click on "add standard welcome message to applicants". See also the explanation video below.
You can use the variable :name: if you want to add the name of the applicant in the message. This is a variable that automatically changes into the appropriate name.
