Set goals for your members or organization-wide.
When setting up your page, you can choose to set goals. You can do this by going to 'Your Page' > 'Customize'.
- You can enable or disable it.
- And you can set the number of hours.
The Impact Goal
This is an organization-wide setting and adds up the total hours of all members on the organization page. This allows you to set a shared goal for motivation.
- It adds up all confirmed hours of your members, and a Progress Meter appears on your organization's homepage, allowing you to see at a glance how your organization is doing.
The Personal Impact Goal
This is a goal you can set for the members of your organization page. This is particularly useful for project platforms focused on young people where mentors want to be kept informed of their students' progress.
- It adds up all confirmed hours for each member, and a new, sortable column appears in the People Overview Tab allowing you to see at a glance who has reached their goal and who hasn't.
- As an administrator, you'll be notified when a member reaches their goal.
- NOTE: This is a setting that needs to be enabled platform-wide. If you can't find it but need it, please contact your platform administrator.
