Why doesn't a user have an e-mail address?
Missing e-mail address. Email.
In some cases, a user will not have an email address in their profile information. This is because this user logged in via Facebook (see image below) and therefore did not add any information to the platform. If you need the e-mail address of this user, we recommend that you send a request within the platform to add the e-mail address to the profile. You can read how to send a message to a user here.
