If a user has been contacted for 5 vacancies, the user is invisible in the volunteer pool. This to make sure that a user is not being spammed by organizations.

No match/reserve does not count among these 5. If the status changes from Contacted/Pending to No match/Reserve the volunteer is visible again in the volunteer pool. The volunteer can only be contacted again if the volunteer or the organization changes the status.

If there is a match the volunteer disappears from the pool because the pool has now served its purpose and the volunteer has found a place.
