This article explains how to edit the title and description (meta data) for the discover opportunities page (vacancy bank). At the bottom of this article you will also find an explainer video.
Customize the title and description (meta data) of the discover opportunity page:
Go to the administration panel
Go to the settings
In the navigation bar, go to "Customize names"
If necessary, scroll down a bit until you see the heading "Meta titel for discover opportunities page"
Edit the title and description
There are four fields for the meta description:
Meta title for the discover opportunities page
Meta title for the discover opportunities page with a city filter
Meta description for the opportunities activities page
Meta description for the discover opportunities page with a city filter
With or without city filter?
As soon as someone enters a location, the page is filtered by city. This will be the case in most cases.
You don't have to add your own description for each city: instead of the city name, use a variable that automatically changes to the name of the filtered city: %{city} (you can take the default values below as an example).
Default values
If you haven't adjusted the meta title and meta description, the following default values are used in English and Dutch:
