# Hoe help je een gebruiker het wachtwoord opnieuw in te stellen of het account te verifiëren?

## Gebruiker is wachtwoord vergeten. Gebruiker heeft geen verificatiemail ontvangen.

Als een gebruiker geen toegang meer heeft tot hun account omdat ze hun wachtwoord zijn vergeten, of hun account moet verifiëren, kunnen ze hun wachtwoord opnieuw instellen. Je kunt ze doorverwijzen naar [dit helpdesk-artikel.](https://help.deedmob.com/nl/ik-ben-mijn-wachtwoord-vergeten-wat-nu?hsLang=nl)

Als de gebruiker meer ondersteuning nodig heeft, kun je zelf een wachtwoord-reset e-mail namens hen versturen.

Ga naar de inlogpagina van jouw platform en klik op **"Wachtwoord vergeten?"**. Vul het e-mailadres van de gebruiker in en verstuur het formulier. Ze ontvangen een e-mail met een resetlink, die 2 uur geldig is.

Zorg ervoor dat het e-mailadres dat je invult overeenkomt met het adres op hun account. Als ze de e-mail niet ontvangen, vraag hen dan om hun spammap te controleren.
