# Hoe open ik een incognito/privé venster?

## Cookies, cache, inloggen met test account

De meeste browsers hebben tegenwoordig een incognito modus. Wanneer je deze privé-modus opent, kun je internetten zonder dat je surfgedrag en internetgegevens worden bijgehouden door de browser. De cache is dan dus leeg. Elke keer dat je het incognito/privé venster sluit, worden al je gegevens verwijderd, zoals je inloggegevens en cookies.

**Je kunt een incognito/privé venster gebruiken** als je niet wil uitloggen in je normale venster maar met een ander account wil inloggen (bijvoorbeeld met een test account), of om te zien hoe een pagina eruit ziet als de cache leeg is en er geen cookies geplaatst zijn.
