Video beginners tutorial for organisations

Part 1: Don’t have an account or organization page yet? Start here:

• Create an account

• Create an organisation - you are now an organisation admin

• Wait for your organisation to be approved

Part 2: Already have an account and organisation page? Start here:

• Create a volunteering opportunity and get familiar with the different options

• When you receive an application, you will get an email

• Review the application and send a message to the volunteer. Start a conversation or arrange a meeting.

• It the volunteer doesn't answer through the platform, you can find their contact details by clicking on their profile icon/initials

• Made a decision? Change the application status from ‘pending’ to e.g., ‘match’

• Want to add colleagues as admins? Invite another admin/moderator/member to the page
