How to help a user reset their password or verify their account?

User forgot password. User didn't get verification email.

If a user has lost access to their account because they've forgotten their password, or has to verify their account, they can reset their password. You can direct them to this helpdesk article.

If the user needs more support, you can trigger a password reset email on their behalf.

Go to the login page of your platform and click "Forgot password?". Enter the user's email address and submit. They'll receive an email with a reset link, which is valid for 2 hours.

Make sure the email address you enter matches the one on their account. If they don't receive the email, ask them to check their spam folder.
