Questionnaires and web forms on the site are basically the same, only that they are used differently. Questionnaires are added to opportunities to gather more information about the user who is applying. Web forms are added to a web page for various reasons, for example as a contact form.
Questionnaires and web forms can be found on the organisation page of the platform (see image).
Here all questionnaires/web forms that have been created are saved. This way you can use a questionnaire/web form for multiple opportunity or webpages.
If you delete a questionnaire from an opportunity or remove a form from a page, you can always find them here. So you can take a questionnaire/web form offline without losing it. You can then put it online at a later time. Please note that if you delete a questionnaire/web form from the "form" page it is gone forever!
Here you can also create questionnaires/webforms to be added to a vacancy/page later.
