Sometimes an export from the platform is not opened correctly by Excel. You then see all the values in the same cell (it is a bit of a mess). This can be easily remedied by adjusting a setting in Windows, as a result of which the export will come out correctly in the future.

Follow these steps

  1. Select Start/Type to search for "Control Panel" in the left bottom part of the screen

  2. Go to the Control Panel

3. Select "Change date, time or number formats"

4. Select "Additional settings"

5. Change Decimal symbol to a dot "."; Digit grouping symbol to a comma "," ; and List separator to a comma ","

6. Select Apply and OK

7. Close the windows and export the file again. Then open the downloaded file in Excel.
