You can invite users and people directly to an activity you have created. To do so, go to the activity you want to invite someone to and click on:

  • "Invite" on the green bar above the activity or on

  • "Invite" next to the invite button.

A pop-up will appear with four options for inviting people. Scroll down for more information:

"Invite user" (Invite someone with a user account).

"Invite by mail"

"Members" (Invite members of the organization page the activity is on)

"Share" (Invite individuals through a link)

Invite users

If someone already has a user account, you can invite the person to the activity through this option:

  • Enter the user's username or email address.

  • Select the appropriate user

  • Click on "send invite."

  • The user will now receive an email with a link to the activity and can choose to sign up by clicking the "Join" button.

Invite by e-mail

  • Click on "invite by mail"

  • Add the email address

  • You can change the subject and message of the email, but be careful not to change the link

  • The user will now receive an email with a link to the activity and can choose to apply by pressing the "Join" button.

Members

  • If the organization contains members, you can invite one or more members to the activity at the same time

  • Click on "members"

  • Select the members you want to invite

  • You can change the subject and message of the email, but be careful not to change the link

  • The user will now receive an email with a link to the activity and can choose to apply by clicking the apply button.

Share

If you click "share," a link to the activity will appear that you can copy and share.
