1. Go to your organization page (click on the icon in the top-right corner of your organization page, select the drop-down menu)
  2. Go to the "Settings" tab and then press the "Customize" tab
  3. Here you can edit the functionalities of your organization page: 

Members can create vacancies

When this functionality is active (slide to turn colored), members of your organization can create vacancies and events. When this functionality is inactive, only moderators and admins of your organization can do so.
